📘 Booking Policy – Pippa’s Blinds Thank you for booking a free home visit with Pippa’s Blinds. Our aim is to make the process simple, stress-free, and convenient for you. Please take a moment to read our booking policy so you know what to expect. 🗓️ Appointment Confirmation Once you book an appointment, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. We may also contact you by phone or email if we require any additional details before your visit. 🚗 Catchment Area We currently offer home visits within a 25-mile radius of Cambridge. If your location falls outside this area, we may contact you to reschedule or discuss alternative options. 🏡 On the Day of Your Appointment To ensure a smooth visit, please make sure: . Someone aged 18+ is present at the property. . We have safe and clear access to the areas being measured. . Any pets are secured if they may interfere with the blinds measuring process. . Parking is available as close to the property as possible. 🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that plans can change. . You can reschedule or cancel up to 1 hour before your appointment. . We do not charge any fees for cancellations or missed appointments. . If multiple appointments are missed with no notice, we may limit future bookings. ⏱️ Appointment Length A typical consultation and measurement visit takes around 20–90 minutes, depending on the number of rooms and windows. 💬 What Our Free Visit Includes .
